Tuition Walk-in registrations are welcomed, but workshop participants intending to register at the door should call as soon as possible to confirm space availability. A late fee of $25.00 will be added to payments that are received after the day of the workshop. Credit cards are accepted for early registration only. Payment at the door must be check, money order, or cash. Registrations by purchase order are accepted provided the tuition is paid on or before the date of the workshop. Payments received after the date of the workshop are charged a $25.00 late fee per person registered. "All expenses of continuing education (fees, travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills are tax deductible." (Treas. Reg. 1-162-5, Coughlin vs. Commissioner, 203F 2d 307). Substitutions for another workshop may be made at any time. Paid registrants who are unable to attend may apply tuition to another training date or location. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, either by fax or mail, and received by our office no later than five days prior to the training date. If the workshop is cancelled by our office for any reason, our liability is limited to the cost of tuition. | |||||||||||||
